Gear Series

A gear is a mechanical part that transmits torque and rotational motion through the mutual meshing of gear teeth. Its main function is to change the direction, speed or torque of rotational motion, and to achieve transmission and control of mechanical systems.
The manufacturing process of gears mainly includes forging, casting, cutting and heat treatment. Among them, cutting is the most commonly used process in gear manufacturing, including milling, hobbing, shaping, shaving, grinding and other processes. Heat treatment is used to improve the hardness and wear resistance of gears and extend their service life.
