1. Early load-bearing wheels were made of rubber materials, which have been gradually replaced by polyurethane materials. The outer rubber ring of the polyurethane rubber wheel has high hardness, and there is no buffer air layer between the rubber ring and the wheel hub, which makes the load-bearing capacity per unit area of the polyurethane rubber wheel much greater than that of conventional rubber tires, and the load-bearing effect is better.
2. Polyurethane rubber wheels are divided into ordinary polyurethane rubber wheels and high-performance polyurethane rubber wheels. Ordinary polyurethane materials have low load-bearing capacity and short life, resulting in high failure rate and frequent maintenance of customer equipment. High-performance polyurethane rubber wheels have the advantages of large load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, small deformation, low noise during use, stable operation, and long life. They are mainly used in occasions with higher requirements, such as greater load-bearing capacity, high temperature environment, cold areas, or occasions with higher reliability requirements.
